Cottage a Surf City

“Excellent location. 100 yards to beach and we walked to all Surf City shops. About 1/2 mile away. House was great. We enjoyed our stay. We would go back again. The host let us check in early which was awesome!”

“House was just as advertised! It is a cozy cottage that is clean and stylish! Lots of outdoor space and easy walking to shops and restaurants. Loved the special decoration touches and uncluttered storage spaces! We also were impressed with the fenced in yard which was perfect for our toddler and dogs. I do have to agree with another review that the mattresses were not comfortable. Maybe too new and hard? Only other suggestion is a few pots with lids and a 9 x 13 Pyrex for those who like to cook...

“Small rooms and bathrooms. Several roaches/waterbugs. No paperwork on arrival with information such as Wi-Fi, etc… First level is dark and musty. A lot of basic repairs needed. Like door handle falling off, doors not closing/opening easily. Excellent location. Would be better if some basic repairs/updates were done and have exterminator/holes from outside addressed.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay at the coastal cottage. The layout of the property highlighted by a fantastic back patio area right on the canal was truly perfect for our needs. Being right on the canal and such a short walk to the beach.Gives you the best of both worldsquirrels to enjoy both sides of the island.
