Kendra, thank you for taking the time to review. We are sorry that your experience with us was not a positive one and that some housekeeping items were overlooked prior to your arrival. The cleaning team as well as our inspector have been made aware of your feedback. All of our rental properties are on a routine pest control program, with re-treatments available any time needed and/or requested by a guest. However, we cannot control insects in the environment outside of the home. We understand that there were some issues that we weren't aware of until the end of the week. This is valuable feedback to have and we look forward to considering your feedback to create a better guest experience.
