“The property is very clean with spotless floors & carpets, and not a speck of litter. Staff are friendly and smart. For shopping this is the best area of Phoenix. I walked to Nordstrom, Target, Costco, Trader Joe's, Dollar Tree, Savers, and Arrowhead Mall. There is a hiking/biking trail with spectacular scenery that you can access by walking south about 1/3 mile from 75th and Bell. Parking is easy. “Excellent deal on a 1 bedroom suite with kitchen, although I don't know if that was because it's off-season. Free breakfast was very good and certainly far better that the typical sad continental offering. This one has eggs and various meats, toast, bagels, waffles, usually a French toast, and fresh fruit, etc. all in proper buffet style. Staff was very nice. The whole building was nice and clean. Felt very safe and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again.”
