“my room was not the one shown in the photo, nowhere in the booking does it specify that it is shared accommodation. both me and the other guest that were staying there had no idea, and she had her daughter with her and intended for her to stay in the room i was staying in. can’t communicate with the staff as they don’t speak english well. facilities are small and not well kept. shower was dirty. not impressed and i do not encourage anyone to book here. i left the property early and booked...

“The Hideaway room in the basement.. when checked in it had no HVAC RUNNING.. there no A/C.. only dehumidifier and heater.. no windows that you open.. smelled aweful, after difficult sleep, i had headache and allergies.. may be mould? I dont think that should be rentable. please refund 50% of my cost. Thanks”

“A friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Cambie Lodge. The house was well-kept and the front yard was nice. The location was ideal-right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Fans were provided, however there is no air conditioning in the house. Wifi in the separate bedroom wasn't great. We didn't have any issues with the parking; we were able to park in the driveway both nights. My bed was comfortable and fine; my friend's bed was uncomfortable and not to her satisfaction.
