Hotel a Sutton

“Molto comodo per chi viaggia da e per aeroporto , in zona non c’è molto , ma è fornito molto bene con un Mc donald di fronte e dei negozi . Nel piano superiore c’è un ristorante è un bar con la visuale della posta dell aeroporto ! Davvero consigliato ”

“The hotel is very handy. Staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. Can’t rooms be checked before the customers’ arrival?”

“Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in. So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding). Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing. “It was a lovely stay with a beach view. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the full english breakfast was really tasty. I had a great nights sleep too! Everyone here was also welcoming. Thank you”

“Quiet location right at the beach free parking breakfast was really nice and arrived hot.”

“The bathroom was dirty, clearly had not been cleaned properly in some time, there was hair all over the floor, dirt build up around the shower tray and shower itself. Windows were also very dirty. The breakfast bag is not worth it as it’s not ready to go you have to wait 10mins for the hot part!”
