“We walked into our room and the room was cleaned and the bed made, but when we pulled back the cover there was a condom wrapper & a used condom. The staff put us into a new room but gave a smoking room with cigarette burns on the furniture & bedspread. So I am guessing they did not changed sheets in between guests!”

“Overall, stay was ok. Breakfast was NOT EDIBLE. Literally nothing was fresh or edible, including the watery waffle mix. Asked employees for help, a young man (probably 18) came to change the waffle mix but after 10 mins of waiting for him to bring fresh mix out we decided to just drive to the CFA for breakfast. Very disappointing since we were in a crunch for time and hadn't planned to drive offsite for breakfast! Do better Hilton.
First room we were given had a mattress pad being used instead...
