I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. “Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra camera in questo hotel: spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa con affaccio sul giardino interno. Il personale è stato molto gentile, comodo il parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Consigliato! ”

“Spacious room and bathroom, fairly basic but tasty buffet breakfast, excellent location for walking to beach, pier and town. ”

“A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town.”

“Nice hotel and well placed in the centre of Swakop. However the room are quite old and need renovation which I understand is currently ongoing at least on part of the premises. Quite disappointing the fact to pay separately for having a cappuccino during breakfast (not included in the B&P fare)”
