“Made extremely welcome by all staff, hotel really clean and beautifully decorated. Room spacious and comfortable with excellent showers. Breakfast was superb and served perfectly. Place had a lovely air of calm and cannot wait to return ”

“Perfect location for exploring the SW Coastal path and beaches of a beautiful part of Dorset. Sea view from a modern clean and comfortable room. Steps down to the beach - quiet compared to central Swanage. Easy access onto the downs and coastal path. Excellent breakfast. Really friendly helpful staff.”

“Location bella e pulita e buona colazione. purtroppo nelle camere non funziona il Wi-Fi, ed un po’ problematico il trasporto delle valigie all’ultimo piano inquanto manca l’ascensore”

“This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. ”

“Amazing Cabin, which was super comfy and extremely clean. A little garden with 2 seats and table . A patio doors looking onto a very pretty garden. Right near to Swanage Beach which was perfect. Fully recommend. ”

“The lodgings are in fact an appartement not whole house as advertised. Not is it 3 minutes from the beach unless you have a car. It has not been modernised but is spacious and inexpensive. ”
