“The place is comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a large amount of decking outside to enjoy nature. Views are obscured by the trees in summer, I suspect Fall and Winter you can more clearly see mountains. The location is quick access to Swannanoa as well as I-40 to get to Black Mountain or Asheville. The owner was very responsive to questions and we will definitely plan to stay here again.”

“Very comfortable, well stocked and spacious accommodations within close proximity to everything Asheville! My boys loved TVs in every room, the game room and hot tub! The view from the porch was beautiful!! We did do the Biltmore one day and ventured not too far away to tube with Mad Co tubing which was an incredible experience. Asheville is still recovering, but don't let that stop you from a visit. Lots to do and see and everyone was so grateful for us being there and the support! Thank you...

“The overall cleanliness of the property was not what I expected considering there was a mandatory cleaning fee. Large trash items were still on the floors throughout the house: candy wrappers, popcorn, etc. All surfaces were extremely dusty except the kitchen. There were several items we fixed during out stay: hinges completely off a door, tightening legs on chairs and tables, for example. This property would benefit by having an actual maintenance person do the installation of things like...

“If I could give 6 stars I would. We loved the location. The views from the deck were wonderful. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. And, the couple of times that we asked if they had something that wasn't there, it appeared the next day! The hosts were incredibly responsive and pleasant to deal with!”

“We were there for four months this winter and loved that house everyday. The great room is so light filled but we also enjoyed the small den with the fireplace on rainy days. Our host very very friendly and responsive. This place is a real find.”
