Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Swansboro

“Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet. I really like the soap/conditioner dispensers. Just seems to much more hygienic or something. TONY in the breakfast area was fantastic! Very friendly and funny, did a great job with keeping everything stocked. When we checked in, Johnny was training a new associate. While he was on the phone she had a question. He didn't seem upset or belittle her in front of us, just explained how to do it. Beds were comfortable, able to get the AC adjusted well....

“Sono stato tratto in inganno dal marchio Holiday Inn. È stato un inferno! Mi sono fermato due notti e non mi hanno rifatto la camera. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso di 15 dollari. Ho accettato: che alternativa avevo? Mi è stato detto che il personale non era più disponibile. Tra l'altro, al momento della partenza il rimborso proposto il giorno prima non è più stato riconosciuto. Spero che il manager prenda provvedimenti.”
