- A modern, yet traditional farm cottage set in a quiet lane overlooking farmland and Llanrhidian Sands. The cottage has received a "Highly Commended" award for design by the Gower Society. The historic Weobley Castle is just 1 mile away. The Britannia Inn which serves superb food, is also nearby.
The generously proportioned accommodation is set in a large garden with off street parking for up to 6 cars.

Kitchen/Diner: A Rangemaster gas cooker with 3 electric ovens below, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dining table which will seat 8, sofa and play area.
Lounge: Wood burner, Logs not provided, 2 sofas and a TV with DVD player.
Utility Room: Sink, washer/dryer and freestanding fridge/freezer.
First Floor
Master Bedroom: King size bed, storage space and en suite shower room with hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 2: King size bed, built-in wardrobes and a free-standing mirror.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (1 full size bunk bed over and a 4ft bed under) and a wooden cot.
Family Bathroom: Separate shower, bath, basin and WC.
External: The immediate area surrounding the house is paved and leads onto a large area of lawn which is on two levels.
Sleeps 6: 2 King, 1 Bunk
