Hi Terrence, We host numerous guests globally, and given our Welsh Name and location, we go to great lengths to make sure guests can locate our B&B without too much trouble, This includes 3 paragraphs in our Welcome Letter giving precise directions and hints- we even include a map of the area, and most guests find us without hesitation. As a Family Run B&B with a ‘SuperHost’ and 94% Rating from various booking agencies, we are always sad when potential guests are not happy with the accommodation they booked, and do our best to answer their concerns. ‘as it was not as advertised’ - it will be clearly seen from the photos that this Triple Room is in the Attic part of the house, and infers that any attic will have more than one staircase. ‘the room had no view’ - it will be noted from the room description that the view is of the garden, and that is exactly what is given, as opposed to a City, Road or Town view. ‘was up 3 flights of stairs’ - definitely incorrect, Cilbrwyn does not have a 3 staircase access to this room, as previously stated this Attic Bedroom is via 2 flights of stairs. ‘we lost 104 pounds – not happy’ For the sake of yourselves and other potential guests, we wish to clarify that the £104 was for 2 guests for 2 nights (including 2 breakfasts), and includes all taxes and agents fees. This represents excellent value – especially at the height of the Summer Season. We regret that our Cancellation Policy does not allow reimbursement at such short notice. We would however like to thank you for your kind words at check-out when you said that we were very friendly and hospitable, and had a beautiful home. In conclusion we hope that your visit to Wales was not completely dismayed, and that you found alternative suitable accommodation and enjoyed your trip. Olha and Bob

Hi Graham, Olha and I am sad that we did not meet, and that you had a bad experience finding Cilbrwyn, however you did have my phone number and Email addressr, and I would have been happy to had escorted you to our B & B (as I have done for other guests in the past.)
