Off-road parking is available directly at the property for added convenience.

    We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).

    This house is situated in the Fforestfach area to the north west of Swansea city centre. Close by are the industrial estates and retail park which is why this is an ideal place to stay for contractors or anyone else with work in those areas. The Cadle Heath Nature Reserve is also nearby, and its a great example of urban heathland that’s teeming with wildlife.

    And because the house is located on the Carmarthen Road, access to Swansea city centre to the south is very easy, and it’s there that you will find all sorts of attractions, including:

    The Liberty Stadium, home of Swansea FC - if you have tickets for a game or an event here, it’s not far to and from the stadium

    Mumbles Seaside Village - this famous coastal location really is a ‘must visit’ if you’re staying in the area.

    Swansea city centre - a wide variety of shops, eateries and entertainment venues are all here

    Swansea Marina - take a look at the boats and maybe grab some food in this popular area of the city

    Swansea Grand Theatre – there are all kinds of events scheduled here from gigs to shows and films. Why not make a night of it, or turn it into a weekend away if you’ve got tickets by staying here?
