About the property
Teacher's Cottage is a delightful family getaway, just a stone's throw from Oxwich Bay and perfectly placed to explore beautiful Gower. Days here can be spent at the beach, whether enjoying water sports, relaxing in the beach sauna or strolling along the sandy stretch. Back at the cottage, you will feel right at home with its three beautiful bedrooms, cosy lounge with a modern pellet burner and a garden with BBQ facilities and a firepit. You can even book the services of a holistic therapist for the ultimate luxury.
The space
Step inside this characterful cottage and into the cosy living room. Complete with exposed stone walls and a charming inglenook fireplace, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book in hand or your favourite programme on the Smart TV after a day filled with adventure.

Meanwhile, the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you will need to self-cater with ease along with a dining table which comfortably seats six.

There are three beautiful bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed and an en-suite shower room and two on the first floor with king-size beds, one of which can be formed into two singles on request. One of the first floor bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, while the other has access to the hallway bathroom with a luxurious bath and a walk-in shower.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio and lawn, plus a single cascade copper shower. It's the perfect place to lounge in the sunshine or cook up a feast on the gas BBQ.
Guest access
There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.
Sustainability
The toiletries within the cottage are ethically sourced and the pellet burner provides a highly efficient heat source and is considered to be carbon neutral.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
