Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was not as pleasant, the woman checking us in seemed bothered by our arrival, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. “The lobby was very nice but the rooms were very tired. Clean but old, hallways need new carpet and wall paper. The parking was good in the parking garage next to the hotel.”

“Everyone working the front desk was consistently rude, the manager especially. She would not even have a full conversation with us. We booked the room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. When we asked for enough towels for everyone we were told, “maybe if we have any.” The room smelled like mold and were barely clean. The plugs in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. Would not stay here again.”
