Hotel vicino a Sweetwater Center for the Arts - Pittsburgh

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“I could not take breakfast, even if prepaid, because there was nothing to go. And the hotel was unable to offre me a solution nor to deduct the cost of beakfast (30$ paid for nothing….)”

“Room was clean but pillows and mattress was not the greatest if I’m being honest. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast we left the hotel at 6:00 and unfortunately didn’t get to try wish it would start early especially when people leave early and stay there to catch a flight. The pool looked to have black algae in the pool. I’m not a pool expert but having a pool that’s what I believe it was my skin was very irritated maybe to many chemicals? The drive and shuttle was great and lady was so kind.”

“Second time staying here. Convenient to the interstate and many restaurants, including the Primanti Brothers right next door and a large strip mall you could walk to if needed. Very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and there were both soft and firm pillows. We didn’t try the breakfast this time but last time it compared well vs a Hampton Inn meal. Coffee was better too.”

“Upon my arrival the lady whom was checking me in unsure of her name. Was rude, rushed me and told me I only had one room booked, when I prepaid for two. She got the manager Ashley who was also rude and not attempting to resolve the problem. I had to call Expedia whom confirmed I had 2 rooms. Expedia called Ashley and told her the same thing. As Ashley was providing me the keys to my second room she attempted to argue with me and continued being rude. Even after I walked off. I will never stay in...
