Hotel vicino a UPMC Events Center - Pittsburgh

“I could not take breakfast, even if prepaid, because there was nothing to go. And the hotel was unable to offre me a solution nor to deduct the cost of beakfast (30$ paid for nothing….)”

“Looks like the property is undergoing renovations. The room was OK though. The breakfast items were limited and the coffee was not hot at 10:00 AM.”

“The furniture & carpet have definitely hosted many travelers but it was still very clean. The woman who checked us in & who i believe was tending to the breakfast were extremely kind & hospitable. The breakfast was different & new from other hotel breakfasts & i loved it. We enjoyed making the waffles & adding tummy toppings. We wished it were warmer to utilize the outside sitting & grilling area.”

“We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next...

“The Drury is a great place to stay. Close to All the shopping and dining in Robinson. Clean and has a great breakfast!!”

“Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all ”

“Nice hotel in good location for shopping. Actually I was there for business since my office is nearby the airport. Nice gym. Breakfast acceptable. Had problems for 2 nights with noise heater. Finally hotel not so bad but certainly not excellent. ”
