“Staff very friendly and helpful. Pleasant and quiet stay. They definitely keep an eye on the portable luggage transporter and called my room within 10 minutes of my borrowing it and politely requested it back lol. Clean place. Would definitely stay again.”

“My stay wasn't that horrible. It can use some updating to be honest. One of the issues I had is that the blow dryer didn't work in my bathroom. Called front desk to ask if they had any extra portable ones to use, since the one in bathroom was bolted to the wall, and they didn't have any spare blow dryers. Also front desk stated they didn't have anyone at the time to come look at it to fix. So no follow-up since I made the call to notify. All I got was "sorry for the inconvenience," and mind you...

“Did not have housekeeping. We were informed they only clean once every 2 weeks. We were told they did not have clean towels for us. My husband had to ask for a mop and broom to clean our room, as we were on vacation with our babies. I have called cooperate multiple times with no returned call. Highly do not recommend staying here.”

“Overall our stay was nice my only complaint is they advertise Queen size beds but they aren’t. My daughters bed at home is Queen and my husband can lay in it without his feet hanging off the bed these beds were definitely not Queen they were full size. Width and length were much smaller than a Queen”

I believe the bug problem was partly because the door didn't close all the way and left a crack at the bottom large enough for bugs to come through. However, it seemed like the bugs were coming from all over the room. “I am filing a complaint regarding my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Douglasville, GA. I checked in at approximately 4:00 PM and checked out around 8:30 PM the same day because I found the room unacceptable and unsuitable for an overnight stay.
