“I'm unfamiliar with Spark but was pleasantly surprised. Upholds the Hilton name. Happy with our stay. Accommodations were great. Slept well and had a nice breakfast in the morning.”

“My stay wasn't that horrible. It can use some updating to be honest. One of the issues I had is that the blow dryer didn't work in my bathroom. Called front desk to ask if they had any extra portable ones to use, since the one in bathroom was bolted to the wall, and they didn't have any spare blow dryers. Also front desk stated they didn't have anyone at the time to come look at it to fix. So no follow-up since I made the call to notify. All I got was "sorry for the inconvenience," and mind you...

“There was poop on the shower curtain. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Housekeeping only comes by every 3 days so you have to take your dirty towels down to the desk to exchange. There was no hook in our room to hang towels to dry.”
