“The bed was very uncomfortable, tossed and turned due to sagging mattress. Our room was on the first floor next to the lobby and around 3 in the morning the music in the lobby was blaring waking me up. I did not go out and say anything because my son was asleep and I knew if I opened the door which you had to slam to close, then it would wake him up. When I did bring this to the attention of the desk attendant in the morning he stated that he had been telling his boss that the music keeps...

“The carpets in the room and hallways were very much needed of a cleaning. I had to play around with the shower to get a full stream of water to bathe. My tv in the room wasn't operational, think thats something they would have known when the last person checked out. Smell of weed and something else in the hallway. I didnt see any bugs of any kind tho and thats great. And to give you the option of a late check out for an extra fee, but then your key doesn't work when you come back to the hotel so...

“Pool was closed so cant really say much about the pool. Hotel seemed kind of run down but the staff were helpful while there. We did run into an issue during the night and tried to call the desk but it rang once and hung up each time. Parking was kind of an issue because the hotel shared space with a bar so people going to the bar were using the hotel parking. Area didnt seem like a really safe area as both nights we were here there was a guy who on the first night was dressed only missing...

“Room was clean, air was cold parking was good, we went to 6 flags on a 6 min walk from hotel....My biggest complaint is the mattresses could be updated and replaced”

“The room was good. A bit dated. It was a horrible stay due to the smell of smoke and the fumes of smoke. Burning eyes due to it. I called the front desk and they said they'd send someone up. She just walked around trying to figure out where it was coming from. This went on for about 2 hrs. Then a smoke alarm went off. Now 2 workers arecwondering the hall trying to figurevit out. I went to sleep to close my eyes, gotbup earlg and left. What an unpleasant stay. Don't bother tipping at the...

“Pretty happy with my stay overall. Came in mid April and pool was closed unfortunately, and the microwave on our floor didn't work but that's the only major complaints. Breakfast was pretty much the same every morning but always good and fresh. Always fresh coffee out. Staff was great and helpful. AC and heat worked terrific, beds were comfy. Yes the highway is slightly annoying but with the AC running you don't hear a thing. We slept well all 5 nights. Would stay again.”
