“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”

“The staff went over and above expectations. The only issue I can say I had, was the tub didn’t drain properly. By the time I got done with my shower, I was ankle deep in water. ”

Some staff members seem to be a bit inexperienced, and check-in took longer than expected however that was due to my card not working correctly and the hotel not accepting cash. My only nitpick is my room wasn't pre-stocked with bath towels. Overall i give the property an 8/10.”
