Hotel vicino a Sycamore Rocks Park - Apple Valley

“The worst experience ever. We arrived for the check-in and after the registration the guy at the front desk asked for the deposit (THE ROOM AND TAXES WERE ALREADY PAID). So we gave him a card,it didn't work;we gave him another card,it didn't work and so we gave him another card and it didn't work. So we thought it was a connection problem but it was not because the guy exlained us that them as a hotel don't accept card that are not from America. So i told the guy that it wasn't specified during...

“Okay.”

“It was very nice comfortable and clean, staff was nice, kitchen in room, but no free breakfast.”

“Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati bene!”

“Honestly this place has good deals, always showing great customer service. The staffs are great and helpful. It’s always spotless and has good breakfast as a bonus. Always making me come back.”

“Very nice and clean room. It even had a full kitchen with a dishwasher.....but there weren't any dishes. Quiet A/C.”

“Ho soggiornato con la famiglia una sola notte il 27 dicembre 2015 di passaggio tra Las Vegas e Santa Barbara. Un hotel molto comodo e confortevole in una simpatica Cittadina in pieno deserto. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile, camere belle e pulite, ampio parcheggio gratuito all'aperto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sicuramente da consigliare.”

“Clean room and friendly staff! Would definitely stay again!”

“The shower head was broken, and there was no hot water.”

“The whole room was dirty the blankets were stained of all different colors also a random jacket was there that wasn’t even mine. The room was so dusty, the pillow case was ripped, poor service refused to give me a refund or switch room and they started screaming at me that I was the reason the room was dirty when I never entered the room also they claimed I never paid them horrible service wouldn’t recommend to anyone”
