“Shower and toilet had to step up into people should be told about this as being an elderly woman would have preferred a level open for saftey.thought breakfast could have been better if cooked things were hot not lukewarm.”

“Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.”

“Perfect location for my short stay. Undercover parking, accessibility, close to amenities, lovely view, very clean, comfy bed, just like the photos. I did have a little trouble actually finding it because it’s tucked away nicely next to Ryde public school. Nowhere to park to check-in, although I parked at the entrance to gate parking area. ”

Parking was limited - I have a mobility permit and there were a number of occasions where people without permits were parked in these spots. I believe they are not monitored. “Breakfast was excellent, parking was ample. The room while been as described, clean and had all amenities, it was showing it’s age and there was no way to figure out what tv channels showed what. ”
