About the Place This is a 2-bedroom luxury apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is fully furnished, and all amenities are provided, including bed linen, air conditioning, tea, coffee, milk, and some cereals. You’ll also find extra linen, pillows, and blankets in the cupboards for your convenience. The bedrooms and living room are carpeted, ensuring a cozy feel throughout the space.
Both balconies come with outdoor furniture, making them perfect for relaxing with a good view of Derby Street.

However, you can find free parking if you drive 100-200 meters away on the nearby side streets.
