Waterfront Careel Bay Avalon

Vista ininterrotta sull'acqua della splendida Careel Bay con piscina a sfioro accanto a Careel Bay Marina per un facile accesso in barca. Goditi l'avifauna con pellicani, pappagalli, aquile di mare stando seduti sul ponte coperto della piscina, osservando gli idrovolanti sulla spiaggia di palme che decollano in lontananza. Incredibili tramonti, con attività illimitate al tuo passo, BYO stand up paddle boarding, kayak, pesca, canottaggio, 10 minuti in barca alla splendida laguna del bacino, 20 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Avalon e dal villaggio con molti ristoranti e caffè. 15 minuti in auto per la splendida Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Bilgola Beach, Newport e molti altri. Spazio interno al piano 100m2 e piscina all'aperto ca. 80m2. Bagno principale comprende vasca / doccia e lavanderia integrata con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

This property is such a welcoming, well appointed, retreat from the real world. Divine views, lovely saltwater pool and very quiet. The house was thoughtfully stocked with good quality toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Even a chilled bottle of wine and fresh milk were in the fridge. Simon was very responsive to any questions and has created a lovely place to completely chill! Thank you !

Staying at Careel Bay for 2 nights was a Christmas present for my son and family who were visiting me from the US. They thought it was wonderful, perfect for a small family, fabulously located for exploring and, most of all, for relaxing at the end of the day in the pool staring at the view. Simon was extremely helpful and the process went without a hitch. Heartedly recommend.

We had a wonderful mini break in Avalon. We could watch the bay from the spa for hours! Just a 5 min drive to the beach and great restaurants, our favorite being Alma. Beautifully appointed with a lovely welcome bottle of wine! Would thoroughly recommend.

I have fallen in love with the northern beaches and Avalon in particular! Our stay in this wonderful setting and lovely home ticked all the boxes… everything we needed and wanted. Beaches, coffee shops and exceptional hosts in Simon and Sanya … The only thing that would have made it better would have been another week or two there!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The view, pool and spa were incredible. The stay was very comfortable, with a slight exception to the drain smell (which went away when you opened the doors and lit candles). Simon was an attentive host and made the check in process easy. Lots on your doorstep, cafes and restaurants. Would stay again.

Spent 3 nights with the family at this beautiful property. It is perfectly located with sweeping views on a quiet and private street, right by the water. You get exactly what you see in the listing pictures - modern, stylish, clean and exclusive. A short drive to great cafes and restaurants in Avalon or Palm Beach or just kick back and enjoy a barbie and a splash in the pool with the kids. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.

Super friendly hosts and a mesmerising view. You can sit on the deck for hours, staring into distance, with sailing boats in the foreground and bushland in the distance. The spa is also a treat!
