Home Truths:

- Parking is secure and dedicated to the property for one vehicle

- There is a balcony at the front of the property with ocean views and patio off the main bedroom. Please be mindful of neighbours with noise, particularly in the evenings after 9pm

- The property is equipped with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living space. There is normally a beautiful ocean breeze and all windows and doors have fly screens

- We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee, which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice. We are happy to do what's needed to make your stay exceptional — please see below for additional notes.



There is a Minut home sensor in the living room; this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification. This helps us ensure the comfort of neighbours and the building community.
