PET FRIENDLY POLICY & pet RULES

• pet fee $100 per stay.

• Must be of a small or medium size.

• Approval required: Please provide a photo of your pet showing its breed and size, along with its weight and name.

• Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended inside the property. Constant barking is not acceptable. Complaints from neighbours may result in further action.

• Restricted areas: Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Keep bedroom door close. Not allowed in the lounges

• Pet equipment: Guests must bring their own pet supplies, including pet bedding, lounge covers, etc., or contact the host for assistance.



REDUCED MOBILITY CAUTION :

The spacious apartment is on level 2, only accessible by stairs . There are a few outside stairs to reach the front door and and internal stair case one level up to reach the living room. Once in the living room, the outlay of the unit is on the same level. – see listing pictures.



CHILDREN

Children are welcome, but we advice to well supervise smaller once near the internal stair case. Please discuss with your host suitability.

We do not provide infant equipment . Please bring your own.



SOFA-BED use

For a 5 or 6 guests booking the use of sofa-bed with extra lines is included.

For a booking of 3 to 4 guests wanting separate beds, the sofa-bed use (+ extra linen) is available for an additional charge. See house rules.



PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED at our property. Penalties will occur.



QUIET TIME:

Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10am and 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbours.



SMOKING

is strictly prohibited. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
