THINGS TO KNOW

* Parking - We do not have a car space for this property. There is 2 hour free parking out the front of the building, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm. Most of the backstreets, (2 minute walk from our place), as well as across the road from the apartment there is 2 hour free parking from the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Peel St has UNLIMITED FREE PARKING on weekends. Parking in the 8am - 6pm spots and free on weekends can be limited. We cannot guarantee a spot.

* This property is suitable for babies or children. Items such as cots and high-chairs we do not supply, however, you are welcome to bring these yourself to the property.

* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.

* Please note, The home has a 50L hot water system and can take up to 30 minutes or so to reheat.

* Please note that access to the apartment involves some stairs. Guests will need to go down 2 short flights (12 steps total), followed by 4 flights going up (32 steps total) to reach the unit. Unfortunately, there is no lift access.

HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* No Pets allowed.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

*Do not erect any umbrellas or covers of any sort on the balcony as it is against Strata Rules and may cause damage to the glass/railings.
