Green Leaf Retreat is positioned on the high side of the street taking in a lovely Northern aspect, beautiful leafy surroundings with a crisp neutral colour scheme, high ceilings and a free-flowing layout to create a feeling of light and space throughout.
The moment you enter the home, you will notice the perfect amount of daylight from the North, the large lounge room off the entry with beautiful timber floorboards which span throughout the house. The home is equipped with a freestanding slow combustion fireplace for those cooler, cozy nights in.
There is a beautiful refreshed white kitchen and dining with plenty of preparation space for the chef in the family, plus there is plenty of storage. Centrally located and connecting seamlessly with both the kitchen and the lounge, the large family room features reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV and takes in the stunning leafy outlook, providing a wonderful space for those fun filled nights with family and friends.
There are three bedrooms located at the rear, all with their own unique aspect and are serviced by a refreshed modern bathroom with a separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with Washer and Dryer leading out to the yard. Outside, there is an expansive wrap around deck perfect for entertaining in all seasons with a large covered portion plus multiple areas where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. Other features you and your family will enjoy includes plenty of onsite parking and ample room for the kids to play in the huge yard.
There is a modern bathroom with an extra toilet - Towels and toiletries, and hair dryers are provided.

The spectacular Wentworth Falls track, scenic lookouts, National Park bushwalks, and popular wedding venues are all nearby.
Katoomba, Scenic World, the Grand Canyon, Giant Staircase, and the world-famous Three Sisters lookout at Echo Point are only ten minutes away.
The charming village of Leura is only five minutes away - A favourite spot for coffee or brunch, and to pick up a one-of-a-kind, locally made gift or souvenir to take home with you.
The Jenolan Caves, Mount Tomah Botanic Gardens, Mount Victoria, and Blackheath are all also easily accessible by car on the Great Western Highway.
Wentworth Falls Country Club and Leura Golf Club are near by.
Car is essential and there is plenty of on-site parking for multiple cars. Green Leaf House is just a short drive to the restaurants, local shops, and city trains of Wentworth Falls. The place is also close to world class bush walks and attractions with Leura and Katoomba only a further 5-10 minutes’ drive away.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction with-out a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have a beautiful home that we are sharing with you and when booking one of private homes there are just a few extra rules we want you to be aware of, so we all have the best possible interaction with one another.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION Each guest is required to fill in a pre-arrival form where personal data, as well as ID, and personalised identification, has to be provided to confirm the reservation. Failure to provide all required information will result in the reservation being terminated while the standard cancellation policy from the platform is applied. It is the responsibility of guests to review and read the terms and conditions of each listing prior to placing a reservation to ensure the home and the host's requirements suit their needs.
BOOKING AGE We only accept reservations of guests aged 23 and above unless those below 23 are staying as part of a family group with parents present.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT WAIVER Each booking includes a $20 damage waiver fee. This charge is insurance against any accidental damage to the property up to a maximum value of $1,000 that is advised to the agent at/or prior to check out. The damage waiver fee provides no coverage against malicious damage, damage from pets, extra cleaning or lost keys.
WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. We can NOT accommodate any type of event. No parties, weddings, hens/bucks' weekends or functions etc.
It was the booking guest's responsibility to read our terms and conditions prior to booking. Therefore, by confirming your reservation you agreed to adhere to our below terms. The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
Any breach of house rules in general, can result in eviction and loss of bond.
NUMBER OF GUESTS At no time during your stay are extra and or additional people allowed on the premises. If booked for 5 people, 5 people can stay even if the property can accommodate more guests.
NOISE Noise complaints. If you or any other guest at the property receives a noise complaint, you may be asked to leave the property immediately which can result in eviction and or loss of bond or both. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am as most of our properties are situated in quiet residential streets which are noise sensitive.
CHECK OUT Check out time is strictly 10:00 am unless a late check out is offered or negotiated in advance. If our team is notified that you have not checked out on time without an approved late check out an additional charge may occur.
CLEANING It is a requirement that the property is returned in a clean condition. Your rental includes a general cleaning however if there is excess cleaning, we do charge extra.
Extra cleaning includes but is not limited to dirty dishes, rubbish not being removed to outside bins and or excess rubbish, stained linen or food and drink stains.

RUBBISH Upon departure all rubbish inside must be placed into the outside council bins. If it is bin night during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed out on the curb. The bin night for your property is advised in your pre arrival email. You will be charged the tipping fee and the time to tip if excess rubbish is left at the property or if the garbage bin is not put out on bin night as requested.
LOSS & DAMAGE Any damage, breakage or theft is the tenant’s responsibility during their stay and if anything is noted by our cleaners as missing or broken it will be charged against the bond. Should you discover a fault or breakage when you arrive, please advise us immediately.
SMOKING Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. Also, DO NOT leave cigarette butts anywhere in the gardens, planters etc. If butts are found on the premises a $150 surcharge is applied if we find cigarette butts anywhere.
SECURITY To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property during your stay and upon departure. Should you not be able to secure the property you should contact us immediately. If the property has a key safe, please use it during your stay.
PETS Pets are only welcome at our ‘pet friendly’ properties where your request is approved. If evidence of a pet is discovered without approval, or at a non-pet friendly property you will be charged for steam cleaning of carpets, furniture and/or mess left by the pet/s.
If you have your pet with you, it is expected that a few simple rules are followed:
