This one-bedroom apartment in Little Manly, offers bright living in a tranquil setting. Positioned on the middle floor of an elegant five-unit block, it features open-plan living, leafy views, and glimpses of the harbour. The unit includes a modernized bathroom, an internal laundry, and plantation shutters throughout. Situated in the exclusive Eastern Hill area, it's just a short walk to Manly Wharf, cafes, and beaches.

The Space:
The inside of the apartment contains everything one would need for a comfortable home away from home or as a pleasant home base from which you can explore the rest of Sydney. The living area is simple but tastefully set up with a 2-seater couch, 40in Smart TV, and dining table for 4. Inside the bedroom is a comfortable Queen-sized bed with wardrobe available for guests to hang up their clothes. The kitchen is set up with a stove and a microwave oven for enjoying handmade dinners at home or quick meals for the traveler on the go.

Generally OK, but insufficient heating for July

In general, this flat is quite well-equipped, apart from heating in winter. I stayed in July, it was 8 degrees outside, and raining. Inside the accommodation was cold and a bit damp. The windows do not seal; neither does the front door so there were draughts. Only a single 1kW oil heater was supplied.I think this flat would be fine in summer.
