Lungomare di Kings View Hawkesbury

Il fiume Hawkesbury è uno dei segreti meglio custoditi di Sydney e Kings View si trova in una delle parti più belle del fiume. La cucina, il salotto, la sala da pranzo, la camera da letto principale e la veranda hanno tutte una vista mozzafiato sul fiume per oltre un chilometro in ogni direzione.

Situato a solo 1 ora e 15 minuti dal CBD di Sydney, questa casa grande e molto confortevole con viste fantastiche è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e distendersi o fare una vacanza piena di azione. È possibile praticare lo sci d'acqua dalla proprietà o utilizzare il molo / pontone, andare in barca e pescare. L'ampio cortile parzialmente recintato è l'ideale per la maggior parte degli sport di famiglia (cricket, calcio, rugby)

La casa è a pianta aperta con 4 camere da letto al piano superiore che può ospitare 8 persone, arredamento moderno e tutti i lussi di una proprietà di prima classe; cucina completamente attrezzata con macchina da caffè, salotto con camino e TV LCD da 50 pollici, DVD e audio surround, rumpus con TV da 40 pollici, play station, tavolo da biliardo e camino di dimensioni standard, ventilatori a soffitto in tutto, grande veranda chiusa a maglie con barbecue e ambiente esterno per 8.

Vengono forniti tè, caffè, zucchero, tovagliolo di carta, sale e pepe, carta igienica, sapone liquido, detersivo per piatti e polvere. Durante il soggiorno sono disponibili giochi da tavolo, giochi da stazione, libri, altalena e tuffo scivoloso. Doonas, coperte e cuscini sono forniti, tuttavia, la biancheria (lenzuola, federe, teli da bagno e da spiaggia) non è inclusa. La biancheria può essere fornita a un costo aggiuntivo.

Paradise Café: si trova dall'altra parte del fiume, a 5 minuti in barca oa breve distanza in auto, dove mangiare o da asporto, ottima pizza, costolette fantastiche e cibo in stile caffè. È concesso in licenza e vino BYO. Cliftonville 5 minuti dal fiume ha carburante per le barche e un caffè che serve ottimo caffè

Woolworths consegna alla proprietà, quindi con un'attenta pianificazione online prima, una consegna può essere cronometrata alla perfezione.

Perfect Everything!!

House was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Incredible views and so peaceful. Best location for anyone wanting to experience the a Hawkesbury River. Could not fault our stay and will definitely be back.

Kingsview - spacious house, gorgeous views

The spacious and comfortable house was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Great having two living and dining areas.The pool table was a hit. The jetty and pontoon practical and time saving for boat mooring. The views were wonderful - the river and surrounding greenery.Larissa and Luke great to deal with - thank you!

Beautiful view and peaceful

We spent xmas here. The weather was perfect and we had a great time with kids. The place was very clean and we had everything in the house for a long stay.

Excellent set up !

House was roomy, spacious, private pontoon helped a lot. Little things such as coffee pods, tea, soaps and shampoos and all linen made such a nice difference. We were very happy !

The house is well equipped with everything you'll need and Larissa is more than accommodating for all requests. House is in a great spot, nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away of skiing. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at kings view. Amazing location away from it all, boat ramp and pontoon were put to good use. House itself is well appointed and heaps of things to keep the crowd occupied. Instructions etc were very useful and it's a must for us to return to hopefully before too soon.

Fabulous House

Great getaway....

Great place to get way from it all.... fantastic spot, great views and the house had everything you need. The jetty got a good workout during the day and the pool table & fire pit got a good work out at night!! So close but so far away from it all!!

great place for a relaxing break

We recently stayed at Kings View with 2 other couples. The house was big and confortable enough for all of us. It is extremely well set up with everything you could possibly need . The furnishings are modern and makes for a very comfortable stay. The views from both floors are beautiful. Loved the early mornings listening to the different sounds of the various birds.Have already recommended Kings View to everyone I have seen since our stay. Great value as well.

Absolute hidden gem!!

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely property. It is such a beautiful place, the views are amongst the best anywhere in the world. The house has a lovely feel from the moment you walk in, it is very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. There is nothing more we could have asked for, loved the coffee machine and all the necessities you provide make for a carefree stay. We will definatly book again, just loved our weekend.

Great Sydney Get away for all ages

We have just returned from a weekend stay at the delightful Kings View and are now counting the days until we return. The home is comfortable and very well appointed accommodating two families with ease. Our group especially appreciated the multiple living and outdoor areas allowing different groups to carry on noisy activities without disturbing those enjoying the views and tranquillity. Our group had children ranging in age from 14 to 5 and I was concerned that at least one child of the five would be bored – this could not have been further from the truth. With the river on the doorstep the older kids fished and swam while the younger ones played on the large lawn and tyre swing. Extra bonuses include two large screen TV’s, comfortable and clean couches, BBQ and screened in porch. Great value for money!! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Wonderful time at Kings View

We recently had a wonderful long weekend at Kings View with our 4 adult children and 2 partners. The house comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Everything that you could possibly need is provided - the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The location is superb - early morning views of the mist on the river were stunning. We ate at the Paradise Cafe, 10 minutes up the river by boat, and the food was great. We had a Woolworths delivery which worked very well - hint: there is very little internet so make sure you place your order before you go! This is the perfect house in a perfect location for a wonderful getaway - close to Sydney but you feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thank you Larissa for making everything so easy

The house with everything

Our group stayed at Kingsview for our annual weekend away and could not have made a better choice! The house had everything 8 grown men could want. The large entertainment room downstairs opening onto the veranda, meant we could have fun playingsnooker and darts and not disturb anyone that wanted an afternoon nap upstairs in the well appointed bedrooms. Two large screen tv's solved all arguments about what we wanted to watch, with a fridge on each level providing easy access to snacks and drinks. The house itself is very clean and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen that left us wanting for nothing. Though most of our cooking was done on the BBQ on the veranda, where we watched some of the more intrepid fishermen in the group catch flathead, bream and even a jewfish off the private jetty. Perfect house to spread out and enjoy a great weekend on the river!

Fantasic house and location

We loved our holiday! The house is just great, very clean and comfortable with lovely ambiance. The house is very well equipped and we just loved sitting on all the verandahs admiring the view morning, noon and night. We are members of souths jnrs and made alot of use of their pool. We cannot wait to book again. Thank you!!!
