We love this studio! Great things do come in small packages! From its outstanding location with stunning city views to its clever use of space, this little luxe pad is a winner. Comprising a Queen bedroom, dining table and sofa, a separate kitchen and a bathroom and with WiFi included, it’s well-suited to a professional looking to experience all that Sydney offers. Cafes, bars, restaurants, walks and transport are all on your doorstep. Fabulous!

This light and bright studio is the perfect pad for city dwelling. Located in a beautiful old building on the borders of Wooloomooloo and Kings Cross, it offers an enviable inner city lifestyle. High ceilings, lino flooring and tasteful decor combine with stunning views of the city, the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. What’s not to love?

The studio’s layout has been well-planned: a Queen bed, made up with premium linen, and a bedside table sit in the centre, a leather sofa faces the light streaming through the window and a dining table takes advantage of those amazing views. With ample storage, art works and clever lighting adding the finishing touches, this room represents ideal studio living.

The kitchen is modern and sleek and cleverly makes use of its limited space. It includes a free-standing oven and stovetop, a microwave, fridge and plenty of benchtop and cupboard space.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet and all linen and towels are provided as well as some toiletries, hairdryer, an iron and ironing board. There is a communal coin operated laundry for your use in the building.

With WiFi and everything on your doorstep, you’re set. Step outside and explore the best of Sydney!

Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.

‘Location and lifestyle’ is the name of the game here. This locale is absolutely prime, with a wealth of eateries, bars and amenities on offer. Restaurants abound throughout Woolloomooloo, Darlinghurst and Kings Cross, from well-known pubs to award-winning fine dining venues.

Walk down to Finger Wharf, to the Art Gallery of NSW, the Australian Museum, into Kings Cross or down to Elizabeth Bay. Kings Cross station is a 4 minute walk should you need to head further afield but the city itself is only 20 minutes walk and it's an appealing one through the Domain. Walk down to Rushcutters Bay, enjoy a spot of tennis or hire a stand-up paddle board and explore the beauty of the harbour from the water.

Whether you’re here for work or leisure, it’s a terrific location to base yourself and experience the best of Sydney itself. Don’t delay, book a stay!

Woolloomooloo studio with city views

The property was wonderfully situated a short walk to Kings Cross Station with grocery stores and restaurants nearby but on a quiet side street. It was also an easy walk to Woolloomooloo harbour, the Botanical Gardens and the CBD. The view of downtown Sydney was amazing, especially at night. Check in instructions were easy to follow and I appreciated the follow up of Guest Realty to ensure that everything had gone smoothly with the check in. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
