Overall, I enjoyed staying here. It was convenient, quiet and comfortable. I did find it ridiculous that after leaving the Mean Fiddler restaurant at 8pm to change clothes, that I was refused entry when trying to re enter a function that I was part of. Checkout was fast and easy. The young staff are polite and very helpful.

Comfortable Stay
Room is clean and serviced daily (except on Christmas Day). Bed and pillow are comfortable. Has Foxtel. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful. The Fiddler conveniently located next door serves good generous meals and has a variety of settings to suit different occasions. Rouse Hill town centre is 10-15 min walk away. It is really one big shopping centre. Finally, would suggest hotel replace bedside furniture with ones with drawers.

i liked the fact the rooms were very quiet especially facing the main room, only down fall it was very hard to find a parking spot as it shares the carpark with The Fiddler but cant fault the room or the staff

mostly a very nice hotel
the hotel was lovely to stay in, clean and pristine. however, my car was hit in the parking lot and they have no cameras. additionally in the morning, when i went for breakfast they didnt ask if I had pre-paid, so after waiting in the restaurant, i had to go back and get a voucher which was just mildly annoying.

Dear Todd,We appreciate your time for leaving a review regarding your recent stay. I do understand your frustration however we have this policy for fraud prevention. Without sighting the physical card we can not determine that this card belongs to the same person that is standing in front of us. Furthermore, we can not verify that card that was used to pay is the same card that is in our system as we do not have the full card details. Reiterating with the point above, as we can not verify if the card belongs to yourself or someone else, later they can dispute the charge with the bank. We have incorporated this policy within our terms and conditions on all our booking sites for all guests to be aware prior to arrival. Alternatively, we do accept cash for payments and bonds if you do not have physical cards with you.
