** Parking: There is one allocated on-site parking spot for your use, it's located at B1 level and parking spot number is 21
** You are welcome to use the piano in living room, just please only play during 9am to 5pm and make sure there is no noise to disturb other tenants.
** Living room Sofa bed set up by request and with extra costs, please make 48 hours notice before check in.

Guest Access:
Please treat the place as your home during the stay.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.

Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm.

Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use.

Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving.

House Rules

No parties or events of any kind. Only guests on the booking may stay or visit (max 4). Breaches will result in immediate cancellation without refund, and guests will be charged for all cleaning, damage and any related costs.
Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Close neighbours, so please keep noise down.
No smoking inside. Up to $500 cleaning fee applies.
Pets on request only. Please message us before booking.

Check-in: Self check-in; keys are collected from a nearby convenience store. Instructions sent the day before arrival.

Keys: Please return them to the store at checkout. Lost keys $300; lockout call-out $100.

Kitchen: Please wash dishes, wipe the oven, and use a heat mat on the table and benchtops.

Lost items: items left behind are held for 14 days. Please message us and we can post them back at the guest's cost.

Accidents happen. If anything gets damaged, just let us know and we'll sort it out together. Enjoy your stay!
