The cleaning company will provide every 3 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom .If it`s running out pls help to buy some nearby and I`m happy to pay for it with the invoice.
Each time will provide one towel for each guest.

★Key★
I only have one key for guests to use.
Please carry your key with you and do not leave it in the house or lock it up, otherwise you will need to contact a locksmith to open the door. Please put the key back in the lock box after check-out. If other team members need the key, the lock box can be used as a handover and safekeeping. If you are staying for a long time and must have a second key, I will apply for an additional key from the building, which requires a $500 deposit.
House Rules First, please read the House Guide, which I will send to you via an inbox message before your stay. Our property uses a self check-in system, so you must check in by yourself as described in the travel guide. We want you and future guests to enjoy a functional, clean property during your stay. When you confirm your reservation, you and all group members agree to and will abide by the following rules: #NSW Code of Conduct All guests must abide by the Short-Term Accommodation Industry Code of Conduct found on the NSW Fair Trading website. I will also send you a copy when you book our property. #Parties and events are strictly prohibited. If you do not comply with this rule, you will automatically forfeit your security deposit. Any additional service charges may apply in addition to this, including additional cleaning fees and damages. #Drugs or criminal behavior Illegal drugs or criminal behavior are prohibited from entering the property. If discovered, we will call the police and you will be responsible for any legal and financial issues related to the property. #Noise Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a tolerable level and do not disturb others. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. #Smoking Smoking is not allowed in the property. If any cigarette butts or odors are found indoors, we will charge an additional $200 cleaning fee. You can smoke outdoors. However, if you smoke on the patio or backyard, you must clean up the cigarette butts or other trash after smoking. #Pets I love dogs and have my own Labrador, but pets are generally not allowed in our vacation homes, except for service dogs, as this may affect the next tenant who is allergic to animals. Please notify me in advance if you need to bring your pet. #Moving Furniture and Belongings If you move any items from one location to another, please inform the host before moving and put them back in their original location before check-out. We also ask that you move items carefully and not cause any damage to the items themselves or the property, otherwise you may be held responsible for any damage to the items or property. #Trash - You do not have to clean the property thoroughly, but please try to clean it yourself, especially if there are children or if you are hosting a party. - Do not leave trash in indoor or outdoor areas. All trash must be picked up and placed in the trash can, including small items such as wrappers and bottle caps. - Do not leave food in the refrigerator or cupboards. There will be an additional fee for removing chewing gum and picking up trash from the ground or outside. If excess rubbish needs to be taken off site manually, a fee will be deducted from your deposit. - Please put all rubbish in the bins on the side of the house. Please put general rubbish in the red bin; recyclables in the yellow bin and only biodegradable/garden waste in the green bin. - Council rubbish collection day: If your accommodation includes a rubbish collection day, you are obliged to put the rubbish bins out to the road the night before the rubbish collection day, just like other households. Please help us do this, otherwise we will be fined by the council and the fine will be borne by you. ! ! If the property is not in an ideal state, we may charge you an additional cleaning fee. This includes leaving too much rubbish or too many dirty dishes in the property. #Please take off your shoes before entering the carpeted area. The carpet is very light in color and easily attracts footsteps or stains. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. #Guests can use wireless network. Please read the check-in guide for all wireless network information. This service is provided free of charge, so the speed cannot be guaranteed. It may be affected by problems with the Internet service provider or other unexpected complications. #Electricity saving - All our power points are 240 volts according to Australian standards. If you are from another country, please bring your own converter. -Please note that power strips may trip frequently when too many appliances are plugged in at the same time. It is recommended that you check the use of heaters with other appliances to avoid this problem. -To save energy and protect our environment, please make sure to turn off all lights, heating or cooling appliances when you leave the property. Thank you for your support! #Checkout Please leave the property as it is. Do not move any furniture. Test checkout time is 10 am. Before checking out, please read the following to-do list carefully: -Clean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets you found. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing. If there are dirty dishes in the property, we will charge an additional service fee. -Sort and dispose of the remaining garbage. -Please turn off all lights and air conditioners. If the air conditioner is not turned off properly, a $50 electricity fee will be charged. -Make sure there are no appliances in the working cycle (dishwasher, dryer, etc.) -Please let us know if there is any damage or missing items. -Put all keys and swipe cards back into the key box and shuffle the key box numbers. #Keys If you lose any keys during your stay, an additional service fee will be charged. - If you are locked out, a key delivery fee of $150 will apply, depending on availability; - If you misplace or lose any keys, you will be responsible for key replacement and/or property door lock replacement. #Changes to Check-in and Check-out Times If you wish to check in early or check out late, additional fees may apply. Any changes to early check-in or late check-out must be notified at least 1 day in advance.
