Only 4 sheets of toilet paper on the roll, when I opened toilet bin it had a toilet roll and wrapper the bin hadnt even been emptied. Leaves everywhere on the walkway expensive for a 1 star place. Although staff were nice.

I stayed at this property for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a meal at the pub which was really good. The overall atmosphere of the pub was nice and relaxing.

A great place to stay if you’re passing through. Good value for money. Bed was very comfy and staff were so welcoming.

Accommodation was okay but no lactose free milk for coffee or take away coffee cups and it is many years that I have been needing this in so I probably won’t be coming back

The hotel backs onto the pub which is both good and bad. Quick access for food and drinks but you do get some residual noise from pokie room and also foot traffic. But nothing you shouldn’t expect. Rooms were clean and tidy and looked after throughout the stay. The car park could do with some resurfacing and on NRL game days the hotel patrons take up parking spaces that meant we had to park around the back, would be nice to see motel only parking bays.

Our room was right beside the smoking area of the pub. Our room looked out onto a brick wall and ladder and there was a constant drip outside our door. There was metal bars on the kitchen window and the noisy neighbours that came back at 4am and had the loudest sex might as well have been in our room!! Do not rate this dump at all!!

I like the easy access to the room from the carpark. Did not like the check out procedure where I was trying to check out in the morning at 7 plus but found that all doors leading to the reception were locked. Luckily I managed to hear a lady working in another room who advised me to just leave the key in my room. If they have let me know the check out procedure earlier - things will be much better.

The cleanliness was second to none. The kind you would expect to see in a five star hotel. The security guard seemed somewhat inebriated or he may have been extraordinarily tired. He explained that he was doing 36hrs in a matter of only a few days Apart from this the hotel was so well kept. The rooms looked newly renovated. Beds were so comfortable. Loved the white sheets and towels! Easy onsite parking

Had a good stay at Nightcap, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed and modern room, the meal i had was flathead which is the best flathead i have had in a few years, only negative thing i can say is the parking doesnt come across the best
