In no circumstance, would a group of more than 2 adults be accepted. Kids and infants are considered as exception.

- This property does not have an air-conditioner. We have only fans and heater available in the right seasons.
- We do not have an inhouse washing machine and dryer, but we have washing machines and dryers on our level requesting inserting of coins.
- We don’t have dish washer.
-This property has no lift. There are stairs to access the property.
-For number of guests no more than 2, the use of sofa bed will incur extra fee $40 for making up bed and linens per bed per stay.
-Baby cot and high chair are only available upon request with extra fees $40.
