Long Stay Service:

For stays of 14 days or more, we offer a mid-stay cleaning service to restock essentials and refresh the apartment for $250. Our professional cleaners will periodically maintain the property to ensure it remains in top condition throughout your extended stay.

House Rules Compliance:

Please carefully review all house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Non-compliance with house rules or any property damage will result in immediate eviction, and guests will be responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacements.

Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $250. Please keep your keys secure at all times.

Property Maintenance:

We take pride in maintaining our property to the highest standards. Regular inspections ensure everything remains in perfect condition for every guest`s enjoyment.

➼ Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, especially indoors. Smoking violations will result in a $300 fine plus professional cleaning costs (typically $200-400 additional).

➼ Property Respect: Please treat the property with care and respect. Clean up after yourselves, wash dishes, dispose of rubbish properly, and ensure the apartment is tidy upon checkout. Leave the property as you found it.

➼ No Parties or Events: This is a residential building in a quiet neighborhood. No parties, events, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted at any time. Excessive noise complaints will result in immediate eviction without refund.

➼ Guest Limit: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Additional guests not declared in your booking will incur a $50 per person per night fee and may result in booking cancellation.

➼ Check-In/Check-Out Policy:

Standard check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Standard check-out: Before 10:00 AM

Late check-ins outside agreed times will incur a callout delivery fee of $50-$100 depending on the time and circumstances
Early check-in/late check-out requests subject to availability and may incur additional fees

➼ Keys & Key Responsibility: We provide only one set of keys, 2nd set is available upon request and subject to availability. Lost keys will result in a $300 replacement fee due to security system requirements. Please keep your keys secure at all times and return all keys upon checkout.

➼ Damage & Missing Items: Any damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or missing items will be charged at replacement cost plus a $50 handling fee. Please report any pre-existing damage immediately upon arrival.

➼ Utilities & Amenities: Please be mindful of electricity and water usage. Do not leave air conditioning, heating, or lights on when not present. Excessive utility usage may result in additional charges.

➼ Building Rules: Respect quiet hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), use designated parking areas only, and follow all building regulations. The building has security cameras in common areas.

➼ Age Requirement: Primary booking guest must be 21+ years old and present throughout the stay.

➼ Compliance: Please carefully review all house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Non-compliance with house rules or any property damage will result in immediate eviction without refund, and guests will be responsible for the full cost of repairs, replacements, and any associated fees.
