The space features contemporary furnishings, quality bedding, and all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Large windows provide natural light, while the layout maximizes both comfort and functionality. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find everything needed for a memorable Sydney experience, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable living areas perfect for relaxation after exploring the city.

Loft Bedroom

A unique and airy space with a queen-size bed — a cool hideaway from the city’s hustle and bustle. Please note that the loft has a slanted ceiling as it sits under the roof, so certain areas have lower headroom and may be below the standard 2.4 m ceiling height.



Please note: The master bedroom and twin bedroom are part of an open layout and do not have individual doors.

The Royal Botanic Gardens are moments away, offering peaceful harbor side walks. This historic neighborhood combines trendy cafes, local pubs, and convenient amenities, all while maintaining its authentic Sydney character and village-like community feel.



Getting Around:

Your location offers exceptional connectivity to all of Sydney. Walk to Circular Quay (15 minutes) for ferries to Manly and harbor attractions, or catch buses along William Street to the eastern beaches. Kings Cross station is nearby for train connections across Sydney. The CBD is easily walkable, while rideshare and taxi services are readily available. For those arriving by air, Sydney Airport (SYD) is approximately a 20-30 minute drive, depending on traffic. Taxis and ride-sharing services are easily accessible. 🕒 Same-Day Bookings

To ensure our housekeeping and check-in processes run smoothly, we require at least one day's notice for bookings.

Please note:



A 3 PM check-in cannot be guaranteed for same-day or last-minute bookings, especially if guests are checking out that morning.



Guests with advance reservations will be prioritized for check-in.



🕓 Early Check-In Requests

Standard check-in time is 3 PM.



If your accommodation is ready earlier, we’ll let you know.



For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).



Please understand that, unlike hotels, we don’t have alternate rooms to offer. If another guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs time to prepare the space.

🕙 Late Check-Out Requests

We may be able to offer a late check-out based on our housekeeping schedule.



Please contact us by 8 PM the night before your departure to check availability.



For check-outs after 12 PM, an additional night’s fee applies, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre before check-out day.



If not confirmed, check-out will remain at 10 AM, and our team will proceed with scheduled cleaning.

These are meant to get you started and may not last your entire stay.



👶 Portacot & High Chair

Available upon request!



Note: For safety and hygiene, we do not provide linens or mattresses for the portacot.



A padded base mat is included. We recommend using your own baby linens and mattress to avoid sensitivities.

A smart sensor is installed in the living area.



It is not a camera and does not record video or raw audio.



It monitors noise levels, smoking detection, temperature, humidity, and occupancy (motion and connected mobile devices).



All data is presented as graphs only, used to help ensure a comfortable and secure environment.



🚫 Parties & Gatherings

Strictly no parties, gatherings, or events allowed.

Any disturbance will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
