The Space:

Place contains air conditioning, smart TV, wifi, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, heating, ironing board, clothes drying rack, clothing storage, dedicated workspace and hairdryer.



Strictly no smoking in the apartment or the building.



No parties.



Guest Access:

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.



For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)



The Neighborhood:

Located on the fringe of Hyde park you are centrally located and surrounded by the buzzing cafes, art galleries and restaurants of Darlinghurst.



The place is also only a couple of mins walk to supermarkets, pharmacies or train stations giving you the perfect base to explore Sydney.



For example, Sydney opera house is 25mins walk, Taylor square 10mins walk, the beautiful botanical gardens 20mins walk and central station only 15mins walk.



Getting Around:

Train stations

Town hall and museum train stations are within an easy ten minute walk. From museum you can get a direct train to the airport (15 min journey). From town hall there are multiple train lines to take you across Sydney.



Busses

Buss stops are three minutes walk away for connections to Bondi, Paddington and Coogee.



Parking

On street parking available.



Other Things to Note:

Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
