Hi Sarahjane,We are very sorry to hear about your negative experience.We wish you had spoken to one of our lovely front desk team during your stay so they could have happily assisted with any problems you encountered. The reason why we do not keep shower caps in the room is to decrease the plastic use and be more environmentally friendly. However, shower caps are available at reception if needed.There is a front desk staff 24/7 onsite to help you. You can always contact them by ringing “reception” from the room or our hotel number 02-93948598.All our products are labelled because in the past guests would mistake the products for complimentary items and they would take it with them.It is a common practice for hotels that use refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser.We sent the maintenance team to the room and we checked the handheld shower but there was no apparent issue.Again we are very sorry you had issues to find the buttons to adjust the temperature and blinds.Our sincere apologies we did not meet your expectations and we would love if you gave our beautiful hotel another try.Kind regards,Giovana
