Upon checking, you booked a Blue King Suite. It is clearly different from the Blue King Suite with Balcony. We believe that our listings are organized in this booking channel. Regarding the cleaning service, you could have asked us if you needed your room to be cleaned which would have an additional charge. However, we also have available clean sheets, towels, and other amenities located in the Yellow Locker near the lift. We can send you the locker code during your stay if you need one.
