HOUSE RULES: *Check-in: After 3:00 pm *Check-out: Before 10:00 am *No smoking *No parties nor events *Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below) *Should you need the king bed in the first bedroom split into 2 single beds, please let us know upon booking so we can arrange this for you.
ADDITIONAL RULES *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE person. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. However we only allow pets weighing up to 10kg. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to go on the furniture.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

*The second bedroom with the queen bed does not have air-conditioning but does have a ceiling fan.
*There is no elevator in the building and several stairs to access our unit. 19 steps form the street to the building entrance, 15 steps inside to to get to the apartment. 45 steps (3 levels) from the parking garage.
*We have one carspot in our garage. Please note it can ONLY fit small to medium-sized cars (5 seaters) like a Subaru Forester (max size). There is also limited street parking available.
