'The Old Dairy loft' è un loft recentemente completato progettato dal premiato architetto MCK. Originariamente il sito di un caseificio nel 1850, il nuovo design incorpora un originale muro di mattoni, facendo da sfondo al nuovo layout.

È dotato di bellissimi soffitti in mogano e mobili ed è completamente rivestita di moquette. Vi è un angolo cottura / pranzo / soggiorno con vista sul parco adiacente. La camera da letto ha armadi a muro, un letto matrimoniale, che può essere riconfigurato in 2 singoli, se necessario e di un bagno privato. Ci sono servizi di lavanderia e una cucina completamente funzionante, completa di forno, piano cottura a gas, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. C'è un sistema di riscaldamento / raffreddamento del sistema divisa per mantenere interiour ad una temperatura confortevole. Hai anche TV, DVD, un sistema audio dock iPhone Bose e wifi gratuito.

Il parcheggio gratuito è disponibile sulla strada, ma si è limitato a 2 ore da 10:00-06:00. Abbiamo alcuni permessi ospiti disponibili per coloro che hanno bisogno di una macchina mentre hanno la dimora. Fateci sapere se avete bisogno di un pass per gli ospiti poiché ci sarà un costo aggiuntivo per questi passaggi.

Il loft è adiacente al Moore Park ea pochi minuti alle famose ristoranti di Surry Hills e Dank Street. Fox Studios, Centennial Park e il SCG sono una breve passeggiata attraverso Moore Park. La struttura si trova a 2 km dal centro di Sydney ea soli 10 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto.

Troverete il loft un posto tranquillo per riposare, ma abbastanza vicino a tutto il divertimento di Sydney ha da offrire. Ci sono numerose piste ciclabili della zona, che si portano da casa tua a Woolloomoo, l'Opera House di Sydney e altre attrazioni. La stazione centrale è raggiungibile a piedi in 15 attraverso le frondose strade di Surry Hills e le spiagge sono a breve distanza in autobus.

Abbiamo recentemente finito una piscina che si trova accanto al Loft. Potrebbero esserci dei rumori provenienti dalla piscina nei fine settimana caldi e dopo le 15:00 nei giorni feriali, poiché i nostri bambini adorano nuotare. Facciamo sempre in modo che sia tranquillo prima delle 9:00 e dopo le 21:00.

Let's start with what knocks this from a 5 to a 4. My wife is a neat freak. She first noticed the crums under the toaster and food scraps in the utensil drawer, couch wasn't cleaned with whatever slips inbetween the cushions and dead bugs behind furniture that can be easily moved and vacuumed. The kitchen needed more furniture. The towels left for us looked like they were washed and left to dry in the machine. The cotton towels had the consistency of sandpaper. After rewashing, the towels were better plush and ready for use. There were a shortage of utensils provided and we needed to hand wash those if the dishwasher wasn't full. This is not a car friendly neighborhood if you intend to have one during your stay, however parking passes were available if you wanted to find a spot to park in the neighborhood. My advice would be to find a parking spot in the neighborhood and leave it there for the entirety of your stay. Sydney is an easy city to get around using public transportation which we did for 2 weeks. Busses, light rail and trains will take you to wherever you want to visit without any long waits. The transit passes were left in the unit and we used them and were able to use refill the fares on them online. This unit is a very comfortable unit (not withstanding the initial impressions I mantion above). This unit is located in a great neighborhood where great coffee shops, restaurants and other essentials are nearby. This unit is a solid 4star and can easily be a 5.

The loft is a beautifully renovated loft with everything you need. Perfect for a city break! Beautiful area with lots of green spaces and trees. Close to restaurants, cafes, Moore Park and the light rail. Easy access to the city. Some noise at night but it is the festive season!

I loved staying at Sarah's place in Surry Hills. Great location near lots of restaurants in a fun lively neighborhood, but away from busy streets so pretty quiet. Nice little park across the street. Well designed, clean lines, very comfortable apartment. I loved Sydney and would definitely stay here again if I can come back.

The apartment was a great base to spend the weekend catching up with friends and seeing the sites of Sydney. The location is fantastic and the apartment had everything we needed. Only suggestions is for some additional lighting as the apartment could be a bit dark at times and a full length mirror would be useful. We also didn’t get a response from the owner until after we had left when we asked if a late check out was a possibility due to an evening flight (we had messaged the week prior to our booking). But all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The property owners (Sarah) were very prompt in providing any assistance we needed, even prior to our visit. We ran into some heavy rain during our stay, and the wind broke their umbrella, bit they were very accommodating, even though we offered to replace. The opal cards they provided for public transport were very useful and downtown (CBD) Sydney was 15 minutes away. Groceries, good bars, bakery and restaurants were all conveniently nearby.

Everything and more You could want from a property . Lovely suburb but a little way out but this is not a problem as there is a cheap and regular bus and tram system that is on the door step.

This flat has everything one needs for a fantastic vacation getaway. The bed is super comfortable and the rain shower is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, but there are many excellent restaurants in the area if you don’t want to cook on your vacation. One thing we should mention is that the microwave doesn’t work. Sarah was a very good communicator and check in was a breeze. We will gladly stay here again and again.

This was our second stay in this accommodation and this remains our favourite place to stay in Sydney. Very modern and well presented and in a perfect position for all the great bars and cafes in the Redfern and Surrey Hills area. Close to public transport. Highly recommended.

Compact space perfect for a couple. Comfy bed and loved the heated bathroom floor. Owner of the loft touched base to make sure things were going well; appreciated the availability. Recommend Cafe Kentaro for lunch!

Anything traveling couple that likes to cook and explore using public transportation may ever wish for. Property is spacious, quiet, close to grocery store and several bus stops. There are numerous restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at Little Evie's that was wonderful. Sarah was always available to help and advise. Great stay!
