Absolute waterfront in a quiet cove on Pittwater - yet close to everything. A resort-style home on a 1300sqm parcel of land, huge private north east facing yard and overlooking the bay where you can park your boat, fish or explore the waterways from the backyard.

From the moment you walk through the gates, down the timber pathway, past the crystal clear heated pool and into the impressive entrance with huge raked ceilings and giant skylights - you’ll know you’ve chosen the right place. There is nothing not to love here. From the front of the house it feels like a quaint renovated beach house with a massive private front yard, positioned far back from the street. As soon as you enter the front door it opens up to three levels of large flowing rooms of light-filled relaxed beauty. This is the home you will feel completely comfortable in. It’s minimalist in style so it feels like a resort, rather than someones cluttered personal space.
An extremely rare waterfront property with level north facing huge yard, heated pool and al fresco opening to a seamless flow of a huge living areas and brand new kitchen with walk in pantry and huge wrap around bench top for six people. The perfect social mingling spot in the heart of the home.

A few steps down the hallway and you're high in the treetops opening up to formal lounge, gas fireplace, dining and decks overlooking the stunning waterway and Yachtsman Paradise park.
Look down to a private jetty with your very own inflatable dinghy with outboard to explore the waterways, and a fun ride through the waterfront Neighborhood to famous ‘The Newport’ beer garden which is only 400 metres away.
When you return, sit on the waterfront lawn at sunset, crack a beer and throw a line in as the kids paddle on the kayaks.
If you’re lucky enough to be here on New Years Eve, you can even watch the Newport fireworks from the comfort of the balcony!
This is the home you don’t need to venture far from with every activity at your doorstep. 3 beaches to choose from only a few minutes drive. Or walk to Bungan Beach - 500 metres away.
The property is on a leafy street you will love to stroll down either to the pub, bottle shop, Thai restaurant, cafe, newsagents or pharmacy. All just a 12 minute walk.
The home has central air conditioning, a ceiling fan in every bedroom, either hardwood floors or lush wool carpet.
On the ground floor with private lawn overlooking the waterway there is a studio apartment style 6th Bedroom complete with kitchen, gas fireplace, bathroom and polished concrete floors. Perfect for the teenagers or a couple.
4 internal bathrooms, 1 with bath, and one awesome outdoor bathroom with hot rain shower for that freshen up back from the beach or pool.
This is truly the perfect setting for friends and family to completely relax and enjoy every part of the day.

Guest access
There is a double garage and enough off street parking for another 4 cars. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and a leisurely stroll to the The Newport, Berts, Newsagency, Pharmacy, Thai and Beco Cafe in about 12 minutes.
Other things to note
The 6th Bedroom is a self contained studio apartment on the ground floor with internal access, deck, fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and private yard overlooking the waterway.

The inflatable dinghy has a small 2.5 HP motor and does not require a boat license however it is highly recommended someone has experience to operate it. Always distribute weight of persons evenly on the vessel at all times. Please read the plate next to the motor displaying required weight of people on board - and always wear a life jacket. It’s the law.
