“We arrived and no notes online or on drive in they were redoing parking lot. The lady doing the evening checkin was extremely rude and when handing card said my room number is wrote down when I asked for directions and where my room was. ”

“The pool and hot tub were both closed our entire stay with no notice before we arrived. Also the entire Hotel's streaming capabilities were not working during our entire stay. Really disappointing”

“Great fit for me (dad) and 2 boys! The pool and hot tub were perfect, the room clean, the location great, and a charging point station was 700 feet away. The breakfast was a fantastic bonus with some really good cheese omelets, link sausages, juices, yogurt, self-made waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, and decent coffee. The property is not perfect with the rooms smelling a bit stuffy, but you can't expect 4-star when you pay 2-star prices ... that trade off works or me every time.”

“Ask them if the restaurants are open or closed. Dining choice were EXTREMELY limited. And what food was available wasn’t impressive especially for the price. And. 60 dollar valet fee that was not disclosed. ”

“Every thing was awesome. Great room, Parking was a breeze. Everything I needed was literally a walk a way.”

“Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. ”
