“Staffs are rude ”

“Staff was rude. Suprised me with a deposit on the room that your company didn’t advise me of when I booked through you guys. Their debit machines were not working. It’s was horrible. I will probably not use Expedia again after this experience ”

“when we get in we saw spider crawling on the floor, blanket and pillowcl cases have stains, looks like its not being washed after someone used it, the bathtub is clogged, the toilet have trace of pee. like everything’s yucky. ”
