“The location of the property and the staff were great. They were very accommodating and polite. No issues there at all. The building itself though is lacking. It's obviously older, which is fine, but it has not been updated as it should. The biggest issue was the HVAC system that can either be set on AC or Heat for the entire building--it's not individualized per room.
