Villa Tellus is an impressive villa just a few steps away from the rocky shore and crystal-clear waters of the Plemmirio marine protected area that extends south of Syracuse. Immersed in a luxuriant garden with Mediterranean plants, the property boasts a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a beautiful pool framed by rocks. Entered via a stately palm tree-lined driveway, the property is spread over three floors.
