“Lovely pub and restaurant.
Room lovely and clean but didn't need a disabled bathroom and extra lighting that was bright in room at night.
Large family group staying next to us, who had early morning meeting in hallway and no soft closing doors so quite noisy.

“As always, clean and tidy hotel. Room was suitable for our needs.Street Market food was tasty and keenly priced. Breakfast as always exceptionally tasty and well presented. Ample parking with cameras overlooking main areas. Lovely location with a great river walk around the reservoir to keep 4 legged friends happy.”

“We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was full of character being a Listed Building and The Manager, Tony, gave us a wonderful guided tour of all 15 the bedrooms and the spa in the cellar (which was beautiful). Dinner was absolutely amazing - plus one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever tasted. The bed was super-comfortable and the bedroom was huge, spacious and beautifully decorated - no two bedrooms were the same - which added to the charm of the hotel. Lovely lounge and fantastic bar...
